- A full health check by trained technicians.
- A test ride (if required) to assess engine performance, steering, and brakes.
WHAT WE CHECK
We leave no stone unturned. Here’s just a snapshot of what we inspect:
- Engine & Electronics – Ensuring the bike starts, runs smoothly, and all dashboard functions, lights, and indicators work properly.
- Brakes & Suspension – Checking brake pads, discs, suspension components, and bearings for wear or damage.
- Frame & Bodywork – Inspecting for dents, scratches, corrosion, or broken parts.
- Wheels & Tyres – Ensuring tyres have sufficient tread and wheels are free from damage.
- Paperwork & Security – Verifying VIN, mileage, service history, and V5 documentation.
Our 120 point Inspection service
Every used SuperBike Factory motorbike completes a thorough 120-point inspection at our workshops. This is where our highly qualified technicians check everything from the engine, brakes, and suspension, all the way to the electrics, bodywork and more. We use the latest technology, including our specialist dyno, to diagnose any faults or issues that are not visible.
Engine & Electrical Systems
- Starting and running efficiency.
- Charging system.
- Warning light functionalities.
- Dashboard, rev counter, and gear indicator functionality.
- Neutral light checks.
- Alarm system integrity and functionality.
- Battery condition and voltage check.
- Wiring and connector integrity.
- Radiator and coolant level checks.
- Fuel system check including fuel pump and fuel filter.
Suspension & Wheels:
- Front and rear suspension condition.
- Dust seals, fork seals, fork legs, and head bearing conditions.
- Front and rear wheel checks including bearings.
- Brake pads, discs, and tyre conditions.
- Brake fluid level and condition.
- Wheel alignment and balance.
- Check for any unusual noises or vibrations.

- Foot pegs, swing arm, stand, and exhaust system condition.
- Physical checks for dents, scratches, cracks, and corrosion.

- Frame and chassis integrity.
- Seat and under-seat area condition.
Lighting & Indicators:
- Headlights, parking lights, brake lights, plate lights, indicators, and tail lights.
- High and low beam functionality.
- Check for any dimming or flickering lights.
Steering & Handle System:
- Steering lock functionality.
- Handlebars/clip-ons, levers, and horn condition.
- Grips and switchgear operation.
Mirrors & Visibility:
- Condition and count of mirrors.
- Visibility of number plate and its illumination.
- Windscreen and visor condition.
Transmission
- Chain or sprocket conditions.
- Clutch operation and fluid check.
- Gearbox operation and any unusual noise.
- Final drive checks for shaft and belt-driven bikes.
